The fastest path to a resolution is your local S4 dealer — they know your installation, your POS environment, and your store-specific configurations.

Customer login
If your S4 deployment includes web-based services (S4Vision, S4 eXchange, S4 Mobile thin client), you’ll log in through the URL provided during onboarding. If you’ve lost the URL, contact your dealer or the S4 support team.
